Commitment Vs. Compliance

Successful people are usually very determined and highly motivated. When we do what we choose to do, we are committed. When we do what we have to do, we are just compliant. As a leader it is important to encourage, motivate and enthuse your people to get them to choose to commit to their job. With this commitment comes ownership and with ownership comes responsibility. With responsibility comes determination and with determination comes success.
