To reduce stress and increase your sense of control, empty your e-mail in basket every day. The way you can do this (even if you get lot's of mail) is to separate the task of reviewing and sorting the messages into separate actionable folders versus reading and dealing with the content itself. I can promise you will feel better about yourself and be more relaxed, when you learn how to do this.

Spend Time To Get Time
For every unit of time invested in forward planning you will save multiple units of time during the execution. The more detailed and thought through the blueprint the faster you will build that house or anything else you do for that matter. Develop Your Courage
Opportunities for further growth lie outside your immediate zone of comfort. Develop your courage. Learn to take intelligent risks to move forward. The best way to combat lack of courage is to confront it. Do the thing you fear anyway and see insecurity lose its grip over you. "Just face your fears and focus and stand up if you fall. The flower blooming late is most precious of them all."
