We are judging others largely on the basis of their people skills. For example, we assume that our doctor knows medicine and evaluate his performance on the softer issues of our treatment, how he manages our relationship and so on. What does this have to do with how others judge you, do you think? It has everything to do with it! You see, the farther you get in your career the more your problems tend to become behavioral. A lack in people skill can be the one thing holding you back from getting even further.
