Trust is the first essential to get a team to perform at a high level. As a leader your prime responsibility is to allow for differences between the members of the team and create an atmosphere everyone is comfortable speaking up and participate in discussing the issues. When you learn to adapt to the style of others you can build trust and develop the team quicker.

Tend Your Garden
What you use produce but what you abuse you lose. We have all received a plot of land, the garden of our life if you will, to take care of. I think this means we are supposed to do the best we can to work with what we have. If we cultivate it well it will flourish and grow. Rewards in life rise to match the level of our service. So tend your garden well!

Think Some More
Most of what we do on a daily basis we do out of habit without consciously thinking actively about it. Neurologists suggest over 99% of our actions are reflex behaviors. If this is true, we should spend more time really thinking. Why not set aside 30 minutes or an hour every day to think? Try to come up with twenty new ideas to your challenges on a daily basis. One hour equals six and a half working weeks per year of extra thought.

The Seed Of Equivalent Or Greater Benefit
According to the law of polarity, all opportunities contain problems and all problems contain opportunities. When you become aware of this fact you can keep a positive outlook even in the face of difficulties. Something good will happen out of every situation if you just tune yourself into it. Every adversity, every failure and every heartache carries with it the seed of an equivalent or a greater benefit.
