You want to get the other party to talk. As long as they are talking, you are winning. People usually enjoy talking about themselves and their needs. Ask questions and listen for their answers. They will enjoy it and you will be learning.

When you unload your brain from all the clutter you will be more relaxed and increase your capacity for creative thought. Write down all the crap so you can think of all the good. Your subconscious mind will come to your aid much more easily and bring you ideas and solutions even while you sleep.
