Do you suffer from mmd [Multiple Mailbox Disease]? This happens when you have too many inboxes in your life (your old style mailbox, e-mail to work, to home, sms, voice messages, office inbox, fax etc.). One of its symptoms is that you spend more time clearing the mailboxes than you do dealing with their content. Sit down and rationalize yours and combine as many of them as possible into common flows. I only have one voice mail and two e-mail inboxes (regardless of which number the caller dialed or which e-mail address was used.)
