Without a defined successful outcome our mind tends to wander and our initiatives keep jumping from one to the other, lacking a clear focus. When we develop distinct goals they help our concentration abilities considerably. You can not really manage your time or your other resources well without having a blueprint for what you want to accomplish. The key here is to first manage you areas of focus, your goals. When you set goals you will find it much easier to concentrate to bring those goals into reality.
