Chunk your time into thirty, sixty or ninety minute increments and decide to focus on one task at a time. When you defrag your time into bigger chunks like this you will be able to get more done. When a task is interrupted it can take up to twice as long to complete because of the time you lose when you have to pause, stop and start an activity over and over again.
