It is good advice to play it to your best strengths and attempt to mitigate or minimize your weaknesses. However, usually there is one thing that holds us back from getting up to a higher level than we are currently at. "If I could only learn how to sell better on the telephone or in the personal meeting with clients." What is that one skill, if you could master it, that would make the most difference in your life? Identify it and work on becoming good at it and you will see it's tremendous impact!
