Don't Be Afraid Of Failure

It is interesting to notice that the most successful people have higher failure rates than others. This is because they are not afraid to try. The super entrepreneur tries new concepts. A good batter in baseball misses the ball more often than he hits it. The more they try, the more experience they get and the better they become. Develop Your Courage

Opportunities for further growth lie outside your immediate zone of comfort. Develop your courage. Learn to take intelligent risks to move forward. The best way to combat lack of courage is to confront it. Do the thing you fear anyway and see insecurity lose its grip over you. "Just face your fears and focus and stand up if you fall. The flower blooming late is most precious of them all."

What Would You Do If You Were Not Afraid?

If you knew you could not fail and money was no object, what would you do? Often fear holds us back from reaching out and achieving our dreams. One of the most effective ways to deal with fear is to confront it. Do the thing you fear until you fear it no more. To find out what you really want, ask yourself: "What would I do if I was not afraid? "
