Learning Through Silence

In our effort for personal development and growth we need to continuously expose ourselves to teaching in our chosen field of endeavor. We can do this through books, seminars and audio programs etc. We find that the teaching is in the words but the learning is in the silence. We need to allow time for reflection to let the words germinate our mind. Do you allow for sufficient thinking and reflection time during your day?
