It is important that we view our mistakes as learning opportunities. I think it was Mark Twain who said: "Good judgment comes from experience. Experience comes from making bad judgments." We probably learn more from our mistakes than our successes if we only pay attention to them. Make sure you allow people in your organization to make mistakes - as long as they don't do the same ones twice.
