Dynamics Of A Group

Understanding the group dynamics of how a team evolves can be essential in understanding your own and others reactions to changes in the team. The group goes through phases, sometimes described as; Forming - Storming - Norming - Performing stages. Initially the group acts cordially and carefully, then goes into more confrontational role seeking until it finally settles down as a well functional unit.
