Trust is the first essential to get a team to perform at a high level. As a leader your prime responsibility is to allow for differences between the members of the team and create an atmosphere everyone is comfortable speaking up and participate in discussing the issues. When you learn to adapt to the style of others you can build trust and develop the team quicker.
