Most of what we do on a daily basis we do out of habit without consciously thinking actively about it. Neurologists suggest over 99% of our actions are reflex behaviors. If this is true, we should spend more time really thinking. Why not set aside 30 minutes or an hour every day to think? Try to come up with twenty new ideas to your challenges on a daily basis. One hour equals six and a half working weeks per year of extra thought.
