Surround Yourself With Great People

Don't be afraid to associate with and recruit people with greater or better skills than yourself. Don't hire people too similar to yourself with the same background, education and areas of interest. Instead look for and hire complementary temperament and talent. Diversity is good. Network and hang out with different people than yourself. You will look better, you will learn and even become a better person yourself because of it.
