The higher you climb on the corporate ladder, more of your problems become behavioral. When you start out, great technical skill is sufficient to get the job done and position yourself for promotion. As you raise through the ranks into leadership roles, interpersonal relationship skills become more important. How you deal with people ultimately becomes the most critical skill of all.
