Increased Vitality With Energy Foods

Your energy level and vitality is key to your success. To increase your level of energy, you have to eat right, exercise and rest sufficiently on a daily basis. Eat mainly whole grain carbohydrates such as fruit, vegetables and whole grain bread, pasta and rice with lean proteins from lean meat, poultry and fish. Drink lots of water and minimize intake of the three white poisons: sugar, salt and white flour.
