When we focus on helping others instead of focusing on our own needs, something magical happens. When you help another person you feel good about it. When you practice random acts of kindness you will become more happy and content. It doesn't have to be much; an encouraging word, offer to help, paying someone else's expenses, or whatever. To help our fellow passengers of life along is really rewarding and a practical, perfectly selfish thing to do. Try it today!
