Celebrate Often

It is your job to boost the energy level and enthusiasm of your team. Find excuses to celebrate with your people. Don't just celebrate the big wins, celebrate smaller wins also. Obviously with smaller rewards but rewards none the less. Recognize achievement and progress with encouragement and cheer the team on to greater victories.
