I once read about a swimmer who was practicing for the next Olympic Games. His task was to improve his personal best with a couple of seconds. It was a huge undertaking. The trick was to break the goal down into smaller chunks. He only had to improve his personal best with two 1/100 seconds each week. Surely he could accomplish that! So it is with continual personal improvement; you may not have to go that extra mile, when an inch every day will do just fine!
