It is good to establish positive and productive habits in your life. First you get a habit then the habit gets you! It is said to take 21 days to firmly establish a new habit pattern in your consciousness. Remember; when you choose a habit you simultaneously choose its corresponding end-result. For example, with the habit of exercise comes good physical health. Choose habits with end-results reflecting your long term goals and your habits will help you reach them!
