Leadership And Management Skills

A lot has been said about the difference between leadership and management. My two cents worth are: Leadership has more to do with motivation and management more to do with process. Some of the key management tasks include; planning, organizing, staffing, delegating, supervision, measuring and reporting. Your inborn talent, your acquired management skills and your leadership attitudes will equate your overall leadership effectiveness.
