To get a team to perform at their best there are at least three major leadership skills at play that involve (1) the purpose of organization; which is to get everyone on the team to understand and accept their respective roles. (2) The purpose of goal setting; which is ultimately to get the players motivated and enthused and (3) the purpose of transparent information sharing; which is to make sure everyone is fully involved and engaged.
